We enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich with fries, and also the crispy chicken club (which was a huge serving). Both were fresh and tasted great. The location is awesome and perfect on a sunny day. The service is a quick counter and took about 15 minutes to get ready. Would recommend if you are in the area or walking by after a Giants game!

The review only pertains to Gott's soft serve window. I know Gott's has good shakes, so I expected the same of their soft serve. This definitely wasn't needed after downing some Ube Horchata over at nearby Señor Sisig, but man, it was good. I got their salted caramel flavor in a waffle cone topped with peanut butter cups (this turned out to be way too decadent for my liking). You can tell you've got good soft serve when it's firm, which this kind was. I will say that the salted caramel flavor was very strong, and had the flavor profile of caramel drizzle. Next time, I'd get a classic chocolate vanilla swirl. This would taste amazing after eating a salty burger.

I came for a post-lunch dessert of Gott's soft serve. You have several options of sizes and flavors, which you can sample. I went with the sweet cream soft serve with a butterscotch dip. The soft serve is fantastic quality - creamy, light, and natural-tasting. The dip also adds a great textural component. Service was quick, and there are several indoor picnic style tables next to the shop. The ice cream is a bit pricey, given its location in the ferry building. I look forward to trying more dipped ice cream combinations!
